The cost of your stay at Victoria House depends on the type of room you select:

• Single Room $273 per week
• Share Twin Room $180 per week

These prices have been calculated for 2008 and are subject to change.

Your options are to either pay the full year (which enables you to a 3% discount), or pay in 4 quarterly installments. The first quarterly installment must be paid on arrival day, and the subsequent payments must be paid 4 weeks in advance.

We can also accept weekly payments, however some conditions apply. These rates include 3 meals a day and are applicable for the 38-week academic year.

The only extra cost is if you wish to connect a telephone in your room. The lines to do this are available in Wallis wing and Bennett houses. The cost of connection is subject is subject to Telecom’s charges, but it will be cheaper if a phone line has been connected in your room before. Please note, that this is your responsibility and you must organise with Telecom to do this and you are liable for any costs.

Covered car parks $570 per year* plus a $75 deposit for the automatic door opener and key to the car park. Uncovered car parks $380 per year*.

*A year means the 38-week academic year during your stay.
